John Lilley and
Associates is based in Dorset and provides a marine surveying
service. The majority of the surveys are carried out
under the auspicious eye of the director himself John Lilley.
A boat
owner of long standing with more than 30 years experience of working
with timber boats during the 70s and GRP construction
and design in the early eighties.
An occasional contributor to several yachting
magazines he is a
qualified time-served engineer with many practical
abilities and skills.
Surveys are
carried with the care he would give to his
own 12 ton Hillyard, which is his third from this builder.
Because of his
long-term-ownership of timber craft he is a specialist in this
type of construction.
He has a
reputation being thorough with a no-nonsense approach to
preparing reliable survey reports that you can trust.
